[Brett] Most of what I do is dealing with high net-worth clients. I wanted to make sure when I left there that I had zero concerns. There were senior leadership from all angles: technology, marketing, financial solutions. Not a single question was off the table. They were very candid, which I appreciated. We all asked some very tough questions. They never hesitated.
[Jennifer] There were actually veteran financial advisors, top producers that allowed us to ask the questions that we wanted to ask. You know the detailed questions that you feel like nobody else is really going to tell you. They’re not looking for what you can do for them. They’re actually looking for how they can help you achieve something that’s great.

[Andrew] I met a person a general partner who gave me a lot of insights on how they are using geo-tagging and other ways to attract clients to our websites. I found it very innovative.

[Jennifer] What kind of closed the deal for me is that I understood how I was going to be paid and I knew that my clients would be well taken care of. And just meeting those people throughout that meeting and watching them really live that culture was awesome.
[Andrew] Having a dedicated branch to you, having a dedicated branch office administrator, it just pushed me over the edge, that you know what, this will put hours back into my day, I will be able to give more dedicated service to my clients than they’ve ever had before.
[Brett] Come with a plan. Come with your questions, because they will be answered and enjoy the atmosphere of someone actually wanting to help you build your business and your brand. For me that was the door opening to Edward Jones, but that’s only the start.
