[Joe] The good thing about Edward Jones is their training is highly rated. And when you join, they give you a mentor, someone to help you through the process. They give you training in the office through the learning site. They will contact you on a regular basis to check in, to see how you’re doing, what questions you have. And anytime you’re feeling unsure or overwhelmed, you can certainly reach out to them and they’ll be there to help you.

[Simona] We’re constantly learning. And if we want to take it upon ourselves to do more research, there’s a whole learning library of what we wanna do.
[Joe] Other BOAs in the region are great to work with. They’re very supportive. They’re always willing to help. You can pick up the phone and call them.
[Simona] I think when you first start, there is a sense of being a little bit overwhelmed. I think that’s with any job, but the great thing about Jones is that they give you the tools to be able to be successful. There is an absolute sense of partnership, and feeling like I am truly part of this firm and part of my clients, and I’m gonna do my very best to continue to develop myself, develop my clients, develop my financial advisor, and be there for the firm.
