For the 23rd consecutive year, Edward Jones has been recognized as a top training company, having been named to the 2023 Training APEX awards list by Training magazine. The award recognizes organizations worldwide that have the most successful learning and development programs. Edward Jones ranked No.14, up 10 spots from last year. The survey found 91% of Edward Jones’ associates said the firm is a great place to work. This number is 34% higher than the average U.S. company. Best Workplaces for Women is highly competitive and the award is based on analysis of survey responses from more than 640,000 women across the U.S.
The Great Place to Work award selects winners based on how fairly women say they’re treated at their workplace. The survey measures the differences in women’s survey responses with those of their peers and assesses the impact of demographics and roles on the quality and consistency of women’s experiences.
